Information used to run the site

Account features use your email address, account identifier, profile details, uploaded images, messages, and community activity. Sign-in is handled by Supabase. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and sign-in activity.

Public and private content

Profiles, profile images, community posts, and published guestbook messages may be visible to other members or visitors. Do not publish private information in these areas. Direct messages use application access controls, but they are not end-to-end encrypted and may be accessible to the site operator and service providers for operation, security, or moderation.

Service providers and external links

Netlify hosts this website, and Supabase provides accounts, databases, and file storage. Stripe handles payment information when checkout is available; we receive transaction details needed to fulfill and support purchases rather than collecting card numbers directly. Playing embedded YouTube videos or using external music links connects you to those services. Third-party fonts and media services may receive standard browser connection information. Those providers have their own privacy notices.

Browser storage and retention

The site uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, and some preview settings. Signing out ends the current application session; clearing browser storage also removes locally saved preferences. Account and content records are kept as needed to provide features, resolve support or moderation matters, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Purchase records may need to be retained after an account closes.

Your requests

Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify account ownership and may retain records where required for legitimate security, transaction, or legal purposes. This site is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
